What is PRECIA?+
PRECIA is a clinical AI platform for hospitals and clinics. We run several AI screening modules (currently AI-ECG and AI-BOO Multimodal) in one system, with the doctor as the final decision-maker and every action logged to the audit trail.
How does PRECIA's AI-ECG work?+
AI-ECG analyzes an uploaded 12-lead ECG image and classifies the result as Normal or Abnormal, as an indicator of possible low Ejection Fraction, along with a confidence score and a reading guide. This module is live in PRECIA production.
Does the AI result replace a doctor's decision?+
No. Every PRECIA AI module is a screening decision-support tool, not a replacement for clinical diagnosis. For cases with an abnormal indication, confirmation via standard clinical examination is still required.
How long does an AI screening result take?+
For a standard request, AI-ECG and AI-BOO results typically come back within seconds to minutes, depending on server load at the time.
Does PRECIA have BPOM/Ministry of Health regulatory clearance?+
Not yet. We're transparent about this because it matters for your clinical decisions. Our AI modules are pilot-stage and being trialed with partner institutions. Contact us at contact@precia.site for the current status.
Which AI modules are available today?+
AI-ECG (EF Screening) for cardiology and AI-BOO Multimodal for urology are live on our platform. AI-Ortho is in development. New modules are added based on what partner hospitals and clinics need.
What's being developed next?+
Two research directions are underway: screening for mitral valve disease (regurgitation/stenosis) from the same ECG images used by AI-ECG, and screening for Detrusor Underactivity from urology patients' clinical data. Both are still research/pilot stage — research models exist but haven't been wrapped into a production service yet. We're transparent about the stage because it matters for your clinical decisions.
